Name: Raspberry & Almond Drizzle Loaf
Ingredients: (Sponge) 150g Caster Sugar,; 150g Butter, additional butter for greasing,; 2 Large Eggs,; 1 tsp Almond Extract,; 35g Ground Almonds,; 140g Self Raising Flour,; 5-6tbsp Whole Milk.; (raspberry drizzle) 5tbsp Scottish Heather Honey or other,; 2tbsp caster sugar,; 300g Raspberries.; A handful for flaked almonds to sprinkle over the top.

This delicious moist drizzle cake is the perfect treat in the garden this Summer. The lovely moist almond sponge works really well with the honey and raspberry drizzle on the top. There is also the option to add in a little white chocolate for a very special treat.
