Ingredients: ● 2 green plantains, peeled; ● 3 medium potatoes, peeled; ● 3 green bananas, peeled; ● 2 cups of kabocha pumpkin; ● 2 tbsp of canola oil; ● 2 tbsp of achiote powder; ● Salt to taste; ● 2 cups of garbanzos; ● 2 cups of vegan ground beef; ● 2 medium red bell pepper, sliced; ● 2 medium green bell pepper, sliced; ● 1 big onion, chopped; ● 4 garlic cloves, chopped; ● 2 tbsp of canola oil; ● 1 tsp of oregano; ● 1 tsp of garlic powder; ● Salt to taste; ● Black pepper to taste; ● 1 package of banana leaves/Aluminum foil; ● 3 tbsp of canola oil; ● Butchers twine (optional); ● 2 tomatoes; ● 1 big red bell pepper; ● 1 onion; ● 2 garlic cloves; ● 1 tsp of red pepper flakes; ● Salt to taste
