Ingredients: 12 Pieces Beef Tenderloin, trimmed; 2 Cups Beef Stock; ½ Cup Gouda Cheese, grated; Red Skin Potatoes; ¼ Cup Butter; Fresh Thyme, finely chopped; ⅓ Cup Cream; 2-3 tsp. each Salt and Pepper; ¼ Cup Red Wine; 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar; 2 Tbsp. Coffee Grounds; 1/2 Bar Olive and Sinclair Sea Salt Chocolate Bar, finely grated; 1/2 lb. Bacon, finely diced and crisp cooked (for the potatoes); 1 lb. Bacon, diced; 2 tsp. Shredded Chocolate; 1 Small Red Onion, diced; 1 tsp. Molasses; 1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar; 1 tsp. Brown Sugar
