Elizabeth Trumpold's Bacon and Crab Stuffed Snapper Rolls

A creamy American red snapper roll stuffed with real crab, cream cheese and maple smoked bacon. This roll is on top of a wild rice and bacon pilaf with fresh peppers. The roll is then topped with a cream white sauce and bacon crumbles and garnished with fresh oregano and cilantro.
