Name: Bacon and Crab Stuffed Snapper Rolls
Ingredients: 2 American red snappers; 1 lb. maple bacon – Wright brand; 2 lb. crab, fresh and out of shells; 1 lb. cream cheese; 4 eggs; 2 cups heavy cream; 1 lb. butter; ½ cup fresh parmesan; ½ cup fresh basil; 1 chicken base; 2 cups cooked wild rice; 3 colored peppers, chopped fine; 1 lb. apple smoked bacon – wright brand cooked and diced fine; Handful fresh basil; Handful fresh cilantro; 1 cup flour; 1 cup panko; ½ gallon frying oil; ½ cup bacon, super finely chopped

A creamy American red snapper roll stuffed with real crab, cream cheese and maple smoked bacon. This roll is on top of a wild rice and bacon pilaf with fresh peppers. The roll is then topped with a cream white sauce and bacon crumbles and garnished with fresh oregano and cilantro.
