Ingredients: 1 lb.Rib Eye Steak,; 1 lb. NY Strip Steak; 1 lb. Filet Mignon Steak; ⅓ Cup Challenge Butter; 1 yellow onion, small diced; 1 red bell pepper, small diced; 1 green bell pepper, small diced; 3 jalapeno peppers seeded, small diced; 6 large cloves of garlic minced; 6 – 8 Tbsp. chili powder; 1 – 2 tsp. smoked paprika; 1 – 2 Tbsp. ground chipotle; 2 – 3 tsp. sugar; 1 bunch cilantro, minced; 3 (14.5 oz.) cans crushed fire roasted tomatoes; 1 small can tomato paste; 4 Tbsp. better than bouillon beef base; ½ Cup cornstarch; ½ Cup water; 1 Tbsp. Salt & fresh ground black pepper to taste; 1 – 2 tsp. ground cumin; 18 lasagna noodles; 36 thin sliced cheddar jack cheese; 36 thin sliced sharp cheddar cheese; 36 oz. Ricotta Cheese; 16 oz. Cottage Cheese; 8 oz. shredded Queso Cheese; 8 oz. Parmesan Cheese; 8 oz. Romano Cheese; 2 Tbsp. parsley

I decided that I could make his recipe even better so modified it over the years. Since my love is for Chili, I decided that I could take that rich recipe and modify it for a chili version."
