Name: Devil Horn Chili
Ingredients: 1 lb. ground chuck; 1 lb. grilled pork chops; 1 lb. grilled ribeye; 1 lb. bacon apple smoked wright; ½ lb. pepperoni; 28 oz. tomato sauce; 28 oz. crushed tomato; 8 oz. tomato paste; 12 oz. beer; 12 oz. water; 16 oz. chili beans, hot; 2 jalapeños, chopped; 1 green bell pepper, chopped; 1 red pepper, chopped; 1 yellow pepper, chopped; ½ Cup chili powder; 1 Tbsp. oregano; 1 Tbsp. cumin; 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning; 1 Tbsp. brown sugar; 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper; 1 Tbsp. black pepper; 1 Tbsp. sea salt; 2 oz. beef base; 1 habanero; 1 Tbsp. ghost pepper seasoning; 4 round tortillas sliced and deep fried; Toppings; 1 Cup sour cream; 2 avocados

This chili gets a non traditional kick by incorporating 15 spices and 28 ingredients to give a bold and spicy flavor. Topped with fried tortilla and an avacado creme fresh.
