Name: Chocolate Covered Strawberry Layered Cheesecake
Ingredients: 2 oz. bittersweet chocolate; ¾ Cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder; 1 Cup coffee; 2 Eggs; 2 Egg Yolks; ¼ Cup sour cream; 2 tsp. vanilla extract; 2 ¼ Cup all purpose flour; 1 ½ Cup light brown sugar; 1 tsp. baking soda; ½ tsp. salt; 16 Tbsp. Challenge Butter; Strawberry Cream Cheese frosting:; 16 Tbsp. challenge butter; 8 oz. challenge cream cheese; 4 Cups powdered sugar; 2 tsp. vanilla extract; 4 Tbsp. Strawberry puree; (5) 8 oz. packages challenge cream cheese; 1 Cup sugar; 3 Tbsp. Flour; 1 Tbsp. Vanilla; 3 eggs; 1 Cup sour cream; 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate; 1 Cup heavy whipping cream; 4 tsp. corn syrup; Fresh Strawberries for garnish

This combination of layers will leave you completely satisfied. Starting with a layer of moist chocolate cake topped with a strawberry cream cheese icing and freshly sliced strawberries then topped with a layer of creamy cheese cake finished with a decadent chocolate fudge sauce. Delicious is the only word for it!
