Brazil nut and truffle stuffed tortellini with parmesan gratin, truffle squash fondue, braised beef and Wright Brand applewood bacon jam. Tomato salsa, and candied brazil nuts with a truffle thyme and clover honey infused marscapone. Garnished with asparagus tips and flower petals.
