Ingredients: 1 lb. Jowl Bacon; 2 ½ Cups Turkey Stock; 2 lbs. Smoked Turkey Legs; 1 Smoked Turkey Wing; 1 lb. Smoked Turkey Tails; 1 lb. Chorizo; 2 Tbsp. Salt; 2 tsp. 4/S Spice; 1 Onion, diced; 3 Cloves Garlic; 2 Diced Leeks; 1 lb. Roasted Butternut Squash; Roasted Serrano Pepper; 2 Ears Sweet Corn; 2 Cans White Chili Beans; 4 oz. Melted Cream Cheese; 8 oz. Grated Pepper Jack Cheese; ½ tsp. Ground Nutmeg; 1 tsp. Garlic Powder; 4 Tbsp. Cumin; 2 tsp. Garlic Salt; 1 Cube Cilantro Powder; 1 Pack Sazon; ½ tsp. A creamy white chili that has a little bit of sweet and even more heat. Included is shredded smoked turkey leg, smoked turkey tail, and chorizo. A little bit of sweet comes from the habanero infused maple syrup and roasted butternut squash and the heat comes from the roasted serrano pepper, ancho chili hot sauce, and the creamy pepper jack cheese. This creamy chili is topped off with a sweet spoon cornbread, guava jam, and spicy cheese sauce and crispy jowl bacon bits.
