Salt; 1 ¾ Cups Sugar; 1 ½ Sticks Butter (softened but firm and cut into cubes); 1 Cup Milk (room temperature); 6 Large Egg Whites (room temperature); 3 tsp. Vanilla; 2 Cups Strawberries, cleaned and sliced thin; ¼ Cup Sugar; ½ Cup Pureed Strawberries; 1 Cup Butter; 4-5 Cups Powdered Sugar; 1 tsp. Vanilla; 3 Lemons; ¼ Cup Butter; 1 Cup Sugar; 2 Eggs; Strawberries; Chocolate; Mint

Light and fluffy vanilla cake with strawberries, strawberry syrup, lemon curd and buttery strawberry frosting.
