Potato Pulp, (seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, form into balls (popcorn size), breaded and deep fry); ¼ Cup Carrots, diced and blanched; ¼ Cup Fresh Celery, thinly sliced; ¼ Cup Paprika-flavored Pumpkin seeds/Raspberry, Cranberry, Walnut Frisco; Gourmet Salt & Pepper to taste; 12- 15 Quail eggs, hard-boiled; 2-3 Eggs for binder; ½ lb. Bacon, pan-fried and crispy; 12-15 Black Olives; ¼ Cup Sweet Pepper, diced; ¼ Cup Pickles, chopped; 8 oz. Cream Cheese; 8 oz. Manchego Cheese,; 8 oz. Smoked Mozzarella, grated; 4 oz.
