Name: Arriba! Spicy Mexican Lime Cream Cheese Galletas (cookies)
Ingredients: 4 oz Challenge Cream Cheese, room temperature; ¾ Cup butter, room temperature; ¾ Cup sugar; 4 tsp. lime zest, divided (and more if needed); 4 Tbsp. lime juice, divided (and more if needed); ¼ Cup finely diced jalapeno pepper, optional (if using remove membrane & seeds); 1 egg, beaten; 2 ¼ Cup flour; ½ tsp. baking powder; ¼ tsp. soda; ¼ tsp. salt; ½ tsp. cayenne pepper (or more to taste); 1 Cup or more white sanding sugar (or lime green sanding sugar); 1 tsp. kosher salt; 1 bottle jalapeno green pepper jelly
