Ingredients: 5 Bo’s burger; season to taste with House Steak Rub; 5 SL Pepperjack Havarti Cheese; 5 Buns, buttered and toasted; ¼ Cup Olive Oil Mayo with Cracked Pepper; ½ Cup Freshly Guaranteed Chunky Avocado Spread; 2 Tbsp. Lime Juice; 1 Tbsp. Fajita Seasoning; 1 Tbsp. Fresh Cracked Pepper; ½ Cup Sabra Guacamole; 3 Avocados, peeled and diced; ¼ Cup onion (red and/or white); 2 Medium Roma Tomatoes, diced; 1 Tbsp. Fresh Jalapeno, seeded & finely chopped; 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, diced; 2 Tbsp. Lime Juice; Salt to taste; 1 lb. Sliced Bacon; 1 Cup Pure Maple Syrup; 1 Cup Brown Sugar; 2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes; 1 tsp. Paprika; 1 tsp. Chili Powder; 1 tsp. Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning; ¼ tsp. Onion Powder; ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder; ¼ Pepper; ½ Cup of Tri-Color Tortilla Strips

Bo's Burger topped with pepperjack havarti cheese, candied bacon, and chunky guacamole. We added an avocado aioli for the perfect mixture of sweet and savory. It’s placed on a french hamburger bun to hold all these flavors together.
