2019 WORLD STEAK CHAMPION The World Food Championships I am a home cook who has been doing charcuterie, sausage making, bbq, and grilling for the last 15 years. All of it I do for fun and give away most of what I make. Lately I have been playing around with different bacon and jerky recipes. Competitively my teammate, Marv, and I have been competing KCBS and SCA for the last 8 years.
