Ceylon Cinnamon, divided; ⅜ tsp. ginger spice powder; 4 Tbsp. lavender syrup; 1 ½ Cups, plus 2 tablespoons cold water, divided; 1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin; ¼ Cup boiling water; 2 ¼ Cups Challenge Cream Cheese; 1 ½ Cups canned goats milk; ¾ Cup light brown sugar; 3 Tbsp.
